As an assistant, I supervise various practical courses in zoology and morphology. My main research topic is the exploration and the study of aquatic environments by bio- and ecoacoustics. I search to understand which biotic sounds we are capable to heard, how they are emitted (by which morphologic structures and mechanisms) and how we can use them to obtain information about their environment. This research area is multidisciplinary and ask competences in morphology, microscopy, acoustics, ecology and population biology.
